Guidelines between each Module provide the participants with the following:
- Review of what they are working on in each module
- Goal of their work in each module
- Critical activities for the interim between each module
- Review of the Learning Rhythms for Coaching, Buddy Coaching, Book Discussions, Journaling, Webinars, and Creating Space
